B. Deal Radar & Email Alert Subscriptions

If you choose to activate Deal Radar alerts, you provide your email address and chosen search filters (minimum yield and region). This data is stored securely in our encrypted Supabase database solely to transmit matching property deals. We never sell, rent, or trade your email address to third parties. Every alert includes an immediate one-click unsubscribe mechanism.

C. LocalStorage (Client-Side Only)

We store your saved property watchlist IDs and cookie consent choices directly in your device’s browser localStorage. This data never touches our servers and remains completely under your local control.
